Senior Pictures in the Fall

Some tips for doing senior pictures out in the leaves this fall.

Make sure you schedule early and get your appointment for your session. They will fill up pretty quickly this fall and you don’t want to miss out on the best times.

It’s better to schedule a little early and have leaves still on the trees than have one of our windstorms come through and leave the trees looking like sticks. Kurt knows how to change the color of the leaves in editing so don’t worry if the color is not at it’s peak.

Cloudy days are good for portraits so don’t worry if there are clouds. Do worry if it rains. It’s best to have a backup date we can use if need be.

Most of the time the 3rd week of October is really nice for pictures of fall color. Keep in mind that Mother Nature may have her own ideas though.
