Attention parents of Seniors this year!

 I wanted to share a heartfelt message about the importance of photographing your seniors during the summertime before school starts.

If your senior attends a local school first find out when the yearbook deadline is because you don’t want to miss out on being in the yearbook.  Yearbook deadlines begin as early as the end of September at some schools.  Studio One includes the yearbook in our sessions but you will need to be photographed well before the deadline to have your picture into the yearbook staff.

If your senior is involved in school activities such as sports or band keep in mind they will have more time in the summer typically than after school starts. 

If your son is a football player do this before the season begins.  They boys frequently get short haircuts and complexion issues from wearing the helmet on hot days.  Heaven forbid your son gets injured and has a cast on or is walking on crutches for a while.

Girls are just as busy as boys this time of year too.  They have sports, homecoming dance, and other activities.  Girls usually want longer sessions and more outfits and that means more time when we do the session.

Did I mention that many kids have jobs?  When school begins your seniors time will be at a premium.  If they have a job it can be difficult to schedule the session.
